Rio Grande Winery - Las Cruces

After we left Theodore Roosevelt Lake, we went to a Harvest Host spot at Rio Grande Winery in Las Cruces. It was our first Harvest Host. They had music, food and dancing. We tried the wines. There were lots of pecans growing in the area. We ate one day at Andele’s Dog House recommended by Sharon’s brother David. We walked around the old Las Cruces square.

Interesting walk around the vineyard.

We were last to leave the vineyard. A good memory.

Had dinner, a glass of wine and listened to the band.

Sharon’s brother David had been here, so we gave it a try. Fun place, glad we went. Mexican hot dog was interesting.
